Innovant Football Development India LLP (Corporate Identification Number: ACA-3084) is registered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, with a vision to revolutionize football development in India. We aim to create a robust pipeline of skilled footballers through scientific training, modern infrastructure, and international exposure.
Our mission is to establish a nationwide network of football academies that provide accessible, high-quality training to children and youth, irrespective of their socio-economic background. We believe in nurturing not just athletes, but well-rounded individuals with discipline, teamwork, and leadership qualities.
The company operates with a clear focus on sustainable sports development, aligning with the Government of India's Khelo India initiative and supporting the growth of football at grassroots levels. Our board comprises seasoned sports professionals, former international players, and business leaders passionate about Indian sports.
Business Activities & Scope
As per our LLP agreement and registration with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, our key business activities include:
- Operating football training academies and sports education centers
- Organizing domestic and international football tournaments
- Providing sports consultancy and infrastructure development services
- Talent scouting and athlete management services
- Sports equipment manufacturing and distribution (under brand "Innovant Pro")
- Collaborating with educational institutions for sports curriculum development
Our Strategic Approach
Innovant follows a four-pillar strategy: Grassroots Development, Elite Training, Infrastructure Creation, and Community Engagement. We have partnered with 50+ schools across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Karnataka to introduce structured football programs. Our "Football for All" initiative aims to reach 10,000 children annually by 2025.
We employ UEFA and AIFF certified coaches, use performance tracking technology, and follow age-appropriate training modules. Our partnership with European football academies facilitates knowledge exchange and exposure trips for promising talents. The company is also investing in building five state-of-the-art football centers with artificial turfs and fitness facilities by 2026.
Financially, Innovant is backed by a consortium of sports-focused investors and generates revenue through academy fees, tournament sponsorships, merchandise sales, and corporate partnerships.
